Woman in hospital after stabbing in Kamloops

Police are asking the public for information about a stabbing this past weekend that sent a woman to the hospital.

Officers were called to the 200 block of St. Paul Street Saturday night because a woman had what appeared to be stab wounds, according to an RCMP media release.

The night before at around 11 p.m., someone made a report about a person attacked with a weapon in the 500-block of Victoria Street.

RCMP said the woman with stab wounds was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police went to the location of the stabbing on Victoria Street to collect evidence.

Anyone who witnessed, has video or information that may be related to the attack is asked to call Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3000 and reference file 2025-13169.
