Interior Health has ordered two Tim Hortons outlets in Kelowna to be closed temporarily because of COVID-19 cases on site.

The restaurant at 1901 Harvey Ave. was actually ordered closed on May 20 until June 4 but that was only posted on the Interior Health website today, May 27.

The other location at 1572-2771 Harvey Ave. was ordered closed today. It’s scheduled to reopen on June 4 as well.

Interior Health can order businesses to close where they’ve detected the transmission of COVID-19.

Closures can be seen on the Interior Health Public Exposures web page here.
