RCMP on hunt for accused in massive Okanagan guns and drugs bust

A man is wanted by Vernon RCMP after a huge drug and gun bust brought numerous charges against him.

Dustin Lee Mackie, 53, is wanted for firearms and drug trafficking charges. He's accused of having multiple weapons, including a M-16 type automatic weapon and a Uzi submachine gun.

Mackie is one of five people charged after police investigated a criminal organization and seized 30 kilograms of drugs and nearly 50 weapons, including 3D-printed guns during raids from Armstrong to West Kelowna in 2023.

Mackie is described as bald with blue eyes, 5’9” and 199 lb.
