Kelowna RCMP on the hunt for dangerous, tattooed man

RCMP are looking for Jacob Alexander Tolchinsky, 25, who is wanted on outstanding warrants and is considered dangerous.

KELOWNA – Kelowna RCMP are asking for help from the public in locating a dangerous high risk offender.

RCMP say Jacob Alexander Tolchinsky, 25, is wanted on a province-wide warrant that's been extended to Alberta. He's wanted for breach of a recognizance and one count of mischief.

Tolchinsky is described as Caucasian man, 5'11" tall, closely shaven brown hair and blue eyes. He has several tattoos on his face, neck, head, arms and hands, according to a RCMP media release.

Police say he may not be in B.C., and may have returned to the Calgary area.

He is considered dangerous by RCMP and he should not be approached.
