Highway Thru Hell film crews were recording on the Trans-Canada Highway Friday, interviewing Emcon Services employees.

Emcon Services Inc. reported film crews were out working with the Revelstoke road crew today, Feb. 5.

"They are documenting how our crews and the (Ministry of Transportation) avalanche team ensure the Trans-Canada Highway remains safe from avalanche hazards through Three Valley Gap," the road contractor announced on its Facebook page.

Highway Thru Hell features Jamie Davis’ rescue team and his competition including Quiring Towing, Aggressive Towing, and Mission Towing in B.C. as they navigate extreme road and weather conditions, according to The Discovery Channel's website.

Season nine aired in September 2020. The show can be watched on The Discovery Channel, on Mondays at 7 p.m.
