MERRITT, B.C. - A Greyhound bus carrying more than three dozen passengers crashed on the Coquihalla Highway north of Merritt, B.C., early Monday, but only one person was hurt.
Greyhound spokesman Timothy Stokes says 42 passengers were on the bus on a trip from Vancouver to Prince George when the accident happened shortly before 1 a.m. near Logan Lake.
He says all the passengers were taken to hospital as a precaution and only one suffered a minor injury.
Stokes says once the passengers are cleared by medical staff they will continue their trip to Prince George on another bus.
It's not immediately known what caused the crash, but heavy snow has been falling on parts of the Coquihalla Highway. (CHNL)
