An Ontario teen has won a massive prize with her first ever lottery ticket.

Juliette Lamour, of Sault Ste. Marie, won a life-changing $48 million in a recent Lotto 6/49 Gold Ball draw, according to Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation.

Not only was it her first ever lottery ticket and win, but CEO Duncan Hannay said she is the "youngest major jackpot winner" in the company's history.

She won the prize on Jan. 7, but the Ontario lottery company announced Lamour as the winner today nearly a month later.
