HOBOKEN, N.J. - The Latest on train service being fully restored at Hoboken Terminal less than three weeks after deadly crash (all times local):

Rail service has been fully restored at Hoboken Terminal less than three weeks after a commuter train crashed into the station in New Jersey, killing a woman on the platform and injuring more than 100 people.
Six more tracks at Hoboken opened at 4 a.m. Monday, along with the station's ticket office. However, tracks 5 and 6 will remain closed as New Jersey Transit continues repairs.
Trains entering the station will now reduce their approach speed from 10 mph to 5 mph for added safety.
In the Sept. 29 crash, the train's data recorder showed it going twice the 10 mph speed limit just before the crash, which remains under investigation..

Rail service is about to be fully restored at a transit station damaged last month when a train travelling more than twice the speed limit crashed, killing a woman on the platform and injuring more than 100 other people.
The return of full service into Hoboken Terminal comes less than three weeks after the Sept. 29 crash.
New Jersey Transit says six more tracks will open at 4 a.m. Monday. The station's ticket office also has resumed operations.
But officials say tracks 5 and 6 will remain closed as the transit agency continues repairs.
NJ Transit Executive Director Steven Santoro says trains entering the station will now reduce their approach speed from 10 mph to 5 mph for added safety.
