Road closure due to movie production 13 Steps

KELOWNA - Numerous Productions Inc. is in Kelowna filming its new production, 13 Steps. To ensure the safety of residents and crew, Bay Avenue in the downtown North End will be closed between Ellis Street to Guy Street from 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30 to 3 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 1.

RCMP members will be onsite during filming due to the nature of stunts being performed and the use of simulated gun fire and other weapons.

In addition, film crews and RCMP will also be onsite at the old SW Audio building (1250 Ellis St.) Thursday, Nov. 28, filming indoor scenes of a similar nature, and at 274 Lawrence Ave. on Friday, Nov. 29. Filming may run to the early morning hours.

For more information on the production or if there are concerns regarding filming, please contact Numerous Productions Inc. at 250-542-2112, or visit the company’s Locations Department onsite during filming.
