KAMLOOPS - Police are looking for items stolen from a Kamloops garden store, including fruit trees and a fountain top after a theft earlier this week.

One or more thieves made off with a variety of items from the Art Knapp Garden Centre on Nunavut Way sometime Tuesday night, April 18, or early Wednesday morning, April 19, according to an RCMP media release

The culprit or culprits were able to get into the garden centre's fenced yard and toss the items over the fence at the back of the property which borders Highway 5.

The items stolen include a 12-inch Dewalt Yellow Miter Saw, nine fruit trees and a lion head fountain top. Planters and pottery items were also taken.

Anyone who has information or may have seen something suspicious at the scene is asked to contact the Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3000 or leave an anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
