Rare coins found at Riverside Park on Remembrance Day

KAMLOOPS - RCMP aren't saying much about a pair of rare coins found in Riverside Park during the Remembrance Day ceremony, but they'd like to find the rightful owner.

The two coins are described as rare and very old. They were found inside a container.

Anyone with information about the coins or who would like to claim them can contact the Kamloops RCMP detachment at 250-828-3000. The person claiming them will need to describe the coins and the container they were in.
