VERNON – It’s probably the busiest weekend of the year for the Davison family.
Three generations own and operate Davison Orchards in Vernon. It’s a working orchard and farm. It’s also a destination tourist attraction for visitors and locals alike.
Years ago, the family realized diversification was the answer to the tough times facing orchardists in the Okanagan.
It was a huge success.
You almost forget you’re at a working farm when you visit.
InfoTel’s Jennifer Stahn paid a visit on Saturday. She brought her camera along to capture the colour and the farm culture.
