KELOWNA - Those who remember legendary radio host Kim Calloway are invited to a public memorial tonight to celebrate his life.
Calloway, one of the Okanagan's most enduring voices in broadcasting, died of cancer August 22 at the age of 69.
Tonight the Kelowna Community Theatre is hosting a celebration of his life, including his half-decade news career.
The celebration starts at 5 p.m. giving people a chance to gather and share memories.
From 6-7 p.m. former Kelowna mayor Sharon Shepherd and radio host Jasmin Doobay will each make a speech before opening the mic to the public.
