KAMLOOPS - The week begins in Kamloops with warm temperatures but with some cloud, a chance of showers and the risk of a thundershower. The good news is we are in for straight up sunshine by Wednesday.
Environment Canada is calling for a mix of sun and cloud today, July 25, with a 40 per cent chance of showers and a high of 33 Celsius. The UV index is very high at 8. It will be partly cloud overnight with a chance of showers in the evening and a risk of a thunderstorm after midnight. The wind will become light with a low of 18 C.
A mix of sun and cloud is in the forecast for tomorrow, with a slight chance of showers, but again that risk of an afternoon thundershower and a high of 34 C.
It's all sunshine all the time on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday with highs in the upper 30s. It will cool off to 29 C on Sunday with a mix of sun and cloud.
Normal temperatures for Kamloops at this time of year are highs around 29 and lows of 14.
