  • Megaphone toting Coldstream bylaw officer put on blast for over-zealous enforcement of social distancing

    v>Coldstream resident Jacqueline Correia witnessed some over-zealous bylaw enforcement last weekend and she's hoping it won't happen again.

    Correia was in her front yard Monday when she saw a mother and daughter being berated by a bylaw enforcement officer who was shouting social distancing commands over his megaphone as they walked their dog in Creekside Park.  It, like all other parks in the District of Coldstream,  was closed March 23.
