The murder trial of Keith Gregory Wiens will resume Monday July 8 and continue for another two to three weeks.
Last Monday the jury was abruptly dismissed and the case unexpectedly adjourned. Wiens is charged with second degree murder in the August 2011 shooting death of his then common-law partner Lynn Kalmring.
The jury was back in court today and Justice Geoff Barrow announced the issues were solved.
"The case can proceed," Barrow said and noted it was fortunate all jury members will still be available on short notice.
"At least one witness will be re-called," he said.
