Where to see best Christmas lights in Kamloops

The home of Ron and Louise Edwards is a favourite with many kids thanks to the big display and the invitation to come into the yard and explore.

KAMLOOPS - If you're like me Christmas lights are part of your holiday traditions. Every year we pack into the car with our daughter and one of her friends and we tour the city in search of the best lights.

So far this year we enjoyed the lights in Juniper and Batchelor Heights and the girls loved being able to explore the yard of Ron and Louise Edwards at 607 Pine St., which is filled with lights and miniature houses. We have seen other homes here and there and heard about even more that we haven't got to check out ourselves yet. Lower Sahali and Brocklehurst are apparently filled with lots of lights, and the Senior Lights Tour focused on those two areas, as well as downtown, this year.

We've outlined some of the best areas to go in Kamloops, so if you are looking for a way to pass the time this weekend, pack the kids in the car and bring some holidays treats as you take in the beauty of the city at Christmas time.
