A airplane passenger was able to check in a pool noodle at an American airline last month, earning her $20 and a celebration from the airline after her video went viral of its journey.
Last month, a Southwest Airlines passenger Sydney took advantage of the airline's no-fee bag policy and checked in a pool noodle on her flight from Columbus, Ohio, to Tampa, according to Chron.
Her family bet her $20 she wouldn't do it and her TikTok following the pool noodle's journey went viral.
Not only did her pool noodle fly free but a celebration was held for her following her flight back, featuring pool noodles and beach balls.
