TRENDING NOW: That time a possum showed up at the football game

A clip of a wild possum running across the field at a recent American college football game has gone viral.

It happened during the TCU-Texas Tech game in Lubbock, Texas.

The crowd cheered the on-field disruption but the mood shifted to boos when the critter was caught and dragged off the gridiron.
