This busker on an electric skateboard, or one-wheel, was out spreading some music and joy at a local market.
Apparently one of the market workers didn't like his cover of Pharrell Williams' "Happy" especially since he was blasting it with an amp.
When she asked the police to make him stop they requested "Free Bird."
