The two Okanagan properties are among nine grand prizes, and both are worth $2.4 million, according to the Heroes Lottery website.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom home on Lakeshore Road in Kelowna comes with 1,380 square feet of space. It's expected to be built by the fall of 2025.
