KAMLOOPS - Pay attention when you turn on your taps for the next couple of days.

The City of Kamloops is performing testing on the new North Thompson Emergency Water Intake today, Nov. 28, and tomorrow which may result in cloudy or dirty-looking water.

The city says in a media release there is no health risk.

Residents are encouraged to run their taps until water clarity improves.
