We've heard it time and time again — support local during the pandemic. Even though many Christmas markets have been cancelled this year due to COVID-19, there are plenty transitioning outdoors and online.

Check out this list of holiday markets in Kamloops and the Okanagan, where you can continue to support local, at a time when small businesses need your help more than ever.

Okanagan

Online Christmas Fair

This Facebook group was created to share local goods online for Christmas. It works like a Facebook classifieds group, with independent artists posting their products for sale. Everyone who purchases from one of the vendors will be entered in a draw for three prizes, a $100 gift card for Pizzamoreh, $75 for T-Bones and $25 for Blenz Coffee.

Here's another Facebook Christmas market group, specific to Vernon.

In addition to over two dozen local vendors, there will be wine tastings, live music, a food truck and holiday floral workshops. Buy tickets here.

Craft Culture

Local products through Craft Culture are now available online at any time. You can check out their wide selection of Okanagan and area products, just click here.
