SUMMERLAND - A waterfront RV park, along with some adjacent agricultural land, that listed as sold on a popular commercial real estate website was erroneous, says the real estate firm involved in the transaction.
MacDonald Realty Kelowna Managing Broker Don Gerein said in a telephone conversation today, Oct. 17, the deal fell through at the last minute. He could not say why, due to confidentiality reasons, but did say the deal was part of a larger, more complex transaction.
The sale has apparently been listed erroneously as a "done deal' in the Western Investor, since July.
B.C. Assessment put a value of $3,129,700 on the property in 2017.
Summerland Beach RV and Campground has 107 sites along with a clubhouse and beach access.
