Salmon Arm RCMP have put out a sketch of what a missing person would look like 23 years after he went missing.

Raymond Kohout — a nurse, husband and father of three — has been missing since April 29, 2002, according to a press release from police issued, June 2.

He was last seen around 4:30 p.m. on a blue mountain bike on the Trans-Canada Highway between Salmon Arm and Canoe. His bike was found between Salmon Arm and Sicamous on Sept. 11, 2002.

He hasn’t been seen or heard from since.

Police have released an age progression sketch of what Kohout could look like now.

Kohout is a Caucasian male with black hair and brown eyes. He’s 5’4” tall, 150 lb. and he was born in 1960.

Anyone with information has been asked to call Salmon Arm RCMP at 250-832-6044 and reference case 2002-2259. Tips can be given anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477). The National Centre for Missing Persons and Unidentified Remains can be reached by email here.
