Premier calls byelection in vacant Kelowna West riding

CENTRAL OKANAGAN - Premier John Horgan has called the byelection to elect an MLA for Kelowna West for February 14, fulfilling a pledge made late last year to have someone representing the riding during this spring's budget.

Kelowna West is the seat vacated by former Liberal Premier Christy Clark when she resigned last August.

Ben Stewart is running for the B.C. Liberals, Robert Stupka for the Greens and Shelley Cook for the NDP.

Advance voting places and when they are open will be publishedon the Elections B.C. website. Where to Vote cards will be sent to Kelowna West voters ahead of advance polls.
