PENTICTON - A south end Penticton apartment complex recently sold for $12 million.
The 77-unit apartment building located at 2902 South Main St. sold for approximately $155,844 per suite, according to a report in the Jan. 30 online edition of Western Investor.
Alison Young Commercial Real Estate spokeserson Chirs Weiser confirmed the sale, adding it's the first Penticton property for new owners Skyline Living of Guelph, Ontario.
The four-storey complex was constructed in 1976 on a 1.94 acre site, and has an assessed value of $10 million.
