PENTICTON - Police in Penticton are reaching out to the public in hopes of solving an over two-decades-old cold case.
RCMP discovered the remains of Penticton resident Edward Howe, 41, in and around the 2700 block of Skaha Lake Road in the early morning hours of Dec. 21, 1996, according to an RCMP media release.
Howe’s death was deemed suspicious and the investigation continues to this day.
Police are seeking the public’s assistance in the investigation.
Anyone who may have information in regard to Howe’s death is asked to call the Penticton RCMP at 250-492-4300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
