KAMLOOPS - A woman is in hospital after being struck by a car in downtown Kamloops.
Around 9:45 p.m. Nov. 28, a 25-year-old woman was hit by a car in the 600 block of Columbia Street West, near Royal Inland Hospital, while crossing at a cross walk. An ambulance took her to the hospital with serious injuries, but not life-threatening.
The driver remained on the scene and is cooperating with police as they investigate the incident.
