KAMLOOPS - A crash on the Trans Canada Highway this evening has left one person dead.

Around 8:40 p.m. tonight, Nov. 14., RCMP responded to a single vehicle accident on the highway on the eastern edge of Kamloops. The driver, the only person in the vehicle, was declared dead at the scene, according to a police press release.

Currently police are investigating the cause of the crash. They believe the vehicle, travelling west bound, lost control and rolled several times.
