KELOWNA – Fire crews extinguished a burning motorhome in Kelowna this morning.

Firefighters were called at around 6:30 a.m. today, Dec. 15, to a motorhome fire near a residence in the 200 block of Rutland Road South, according to a media release from the Kelowna Fire Department.

Platoon Capt. Scott Clarke says crews arrived to find the motorhome completely engulfed in flames.

Firefighters quickly knocked down the fire but the motorhome “suffered extensive damage,” Clarke says.

The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
