TORONTO - Human resources firm Morneau Shepell has signed a deal to acquire the U.S. health and welfare benefits administration business of Ceridian.
Financial terms of the agreement were not immediately available.
The deal will see more than 100 Ceridian employees join Morneau Shepell as the company grows its U.S. business.
The company said the acquisition represents less than two per cent of its revenue and is not expected to have a material impact on its financial performance this year.
The deal is expected to close on July 31.
