RCMP say Tilley Powder has been located 'safe and sound.'

KAMLOOPS - A woman last seen Tuesday in the downtown area of Kamloops has been reported missing by her family, who say it’s out of character for her to not be in contact.
Tilley Powder, 41, was last seen on Aug. 12 in the downtown area.
Her family have not heard from her since and RCMP are now asking for anyone with more information to contact them.
Powder is described as First Nations, 5’7” tall and 135 lbs. with brown hair and eyes.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call RCMP at 250-828-3000.
