UPDATE: Highway 1 reopened after 'major' crash near Sicamous

The Trans-Canada Highway has completely reopened following a major collision three kilometres east of Sicamous this afternoon.

Two vehicles were involved in a crash on Highway 1 near Jessop Road this afternoon. April 6.

RCMP closed the highway in both directions to investigate the scene of the crash.

The highway reopened in both directions at approximately 4:11 p.m., according to DriveBC.
