Looking for a forever home; Penticton SPCA pet of the week

PENTICTON - Tango is an older dog who needs a patient and experienced guardian.

He doesn’t seem to know many commands a media release sent by the Penticton SPCA says. However he is people oriented and would likely pick things up quickly. For example, he already knows, “sit!”

Tango seems to have a prey drive, so the shelter doesn’t recommend he go to a home with small animals or children.

He loves attention and treats.

Tango is a vocal dog so he likely would not do well in an apartment. He also pulls very hard on leash and will require a strong person to manage him as he learns to walk nicely.

For more information about Tango contact the staff at the Penticton SPCA. His animal ID number is 468484.

Visit the shelter's webpage for more information such as location, adoption fees and hours of operation.
