A Kamloops elementary school is closed after a water line break this morning.

Pacific Way Elementary is now without water and School District 73 is advising parents to make "alternate arrangements" for their children today, April 22.

The school district has not estimated just how long the school will remain closed, according to a media release, but insists parents should check the school website for updates.

The Pacific Way Elementary website can be found here.
