It's beginning to look a lot like summer in Kamloops

KAMLOOPS - It’s going to start feeling like summer soon.

Today, May 18, will be the coolest day in the next week, according to Environment Canada, with a high of 23 Celsius and mix of sun and cloud. Overnight the temperature will drop to 7 C with a few clouds sticking around.

Tomorrow it’ll be a little warmer at 25 C, but very similar, with a mix of sun and clouds. Overnight there will be cloudy periods and with a high of 13 C.

Saturday we’ll see more of the same, with highs around 24 C during the day and a mix of sun and cloud, while at night the temperature will drop to 11 C.

Sunday is forecast to be the hot day this weekend, with a sunny sky and high of 28 C. Overnight the temperature will drop to 13 C.

Things will continue to warm up into early next week with a highs around 28 C, peaking at 30 C on Tuesday, May 30.

The temperatures this weekend are expected to be significantly higher than the normal, which range between highs of 22 C and lows of 8 C.
