With wide-spread closures due to COVID-19 over the past week, many of our previously busy public spaces have become oddly deserted.

The Shedd Aquarium in Chicago closed its doors to the public for two weeks on March 13. However, there are still some patrons checking out the animals.

Did we say patrons? We meant penguins.

The aquarium posted this video of a rockhopper penguin named Wellington checking out the fish in the Amazon section. With the public gone, the penguins were let out of their habitat to explore the aquarium, from the other side of the glass for a change.
