There is something intriguing about an old church, whether it has been left to decay in the backcountry or is carefully preserved in a city centre.
The buildings have their own unique histories and architecture, and they make for beautiful photo subjects.
This spring residents captured photos of several churches in the Thompson-Okanagan region of varying denominations and stages of preservation.
