TWINS FALLS, United States - A Canadian died in southern Idaho in a BASE jumping accident when her parachute failed to open.

Twin Falls County Coroner has identified the woman as Kristin Renee Czyz, 34, of Calgary.

The Twin Falls Times News reported that Czyz was jumping from a bridge.
