A snowfall warning has been issued for the Trans-Canada Highway - Eagle Pass to Rogers Pass.15 to 20 cm of snow is expected.
A pacific frontal system is giving snow heavy at times to Rogers Pass. The snow is expected to change to rain Wednesday afternoon as the snow level rises. Total snow amount of 10 to 20 cm can be expected.
Rapidly accumulating snow will make travel difficult. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
Weather in the mountains can change suddenly resulting in hazardous driving conditions.
