OTTAWA - The RCMP say Phil Nolan, who plays drums in the band that often accompanies Prime Minister Stephen Harper, is facing multiple charges of sexual assault and sexual interference.
A spokesman for Harper says the Prime Minister's Office is "shocked and disturbed" by the charges, which allegedly involve a minor, and was never made aware of any such allegations.
