Free wood heating workshop

You can learn the secrets behind clean, efficient, smokeless wood heating!

If you have a wood burning appliance find out how to burn safer, cleaner and more efficiently at a FREE ‘Wood Heating Workshop‘ at 6:30 pm, Wednesday, April 8th at the Environmental Education Centre for the Okanagan in Mission Creek Regional Park, Springfield and Durnin Roads.

Get your questions answered and learn about proper wood heating and burning techniques, purchasing and preparing your wood, tips on loading the firebox and chimney care, what EPA and Emission ratings mean and how to plan an effective wood heating system.

Everyone who pre-registers will receive a free gift.
