With visibility nearing zero in some areas, Environment Canada issued a fog advisory in northern B.C. including the North Thompson region.
The dense fog developed overnight and persisted this morning, Oct. 2. The advisory was ended at around 10 a.m.
Environment Canada said advisories are issued when there is near zero visibility.
The fog advisory remains in place for the Prince George, Cariboo, McGregor and Stuart-Nechako regions. An advisory is also in place for sections of Vancouver Island and the Central Coast.
