Crime Stoppers Most Wanted

Crime Stoppers is asking the public’s assistance in locating the following female who is wanted on a province-wide warrant as of June 7, 2013.

Katherine Julia McDowell (DOB 1984-10-01) is wanted for one count of breach of conditional sentence order.

McDowell is described as a 28-year old white female, 5’9” tall and 150 lbs. She has blonde hair and hazel eyes. Crime Stoppers will pay cash for information leading to the arrest of this suspect. If you see her, do not approach her.
