KAMLOOPS - Emergency personnel are on scene after two separate vehicle incidents around 3:30 p.m., both near Inks Lake on the Coquihalla Highway just outside of Kamloops.

A driver says she witnessed a vehicle flip and roll around four times approximately 13 kilometres outside of Kamloops.

"The wind was so bad. Everyone was driving 120 kilometres per hour," Sherry Debla said.

She did not see the second incident, but called 9-1-1.

Staff Sgt. Doug Aird with the Kamloops Rural detachment said the truck flipped after it was side-swiped by a Honda CRV. Aird said the crash caused a chain reaction and another vehicle ended up on its roof. Three people were taken to hospital.
