There’s not much to get excited about this week in terms of weather in Kamloops and the Okanagan.
The Environment Canada forecast is for a mix of clouds, showers and little bits of sun during the week, although the weekend could be better.
Today, Sept. 27, is expected to be the warmest day of the work week in Kamloops with a high of 20 Celsius. That drops to 17 C for the rest of the week until a mix of sun and cloud brings it up a couple of degrees on Friday.
There’s a 40% chance of showers today, 30% tomorrow and 60% Thursday with overnight lows dropping to 7 C tomorrow and Friday.
The forecast is much the same for the Okanagan except a degree or two cooler during the days and overnight.
No rain is forecast for tomorrow, as it is in Kamloops, with cloudy periods expected. Thursday is calling for rain.
At this point, the forecast is for sunny skies in Kamloops with a high of 21 C next weekend, a mix of sun and cloud in the Okanagan and two degrees cooler.
