Big White Ski Resort is the fourth best ski resort in North America.
That's according to its ranking in the Condé Nast Traveler 2022 Readers' Choice Awards.
The only higher-ranking ski resorts on the continent are Aspen Mountain and Snowmass – both in Colorado, and the number one resort in North America is Whistler Blackcomb.

“It’s an incredible accomplishment, especially after two seasons operating amidst a world-wide pandemic, for Big White Ski Resort to be recognized as one of the best resorts globally,” Michael J. Ballingall, senior vice president with Big White, said in a news release issued today, Oct. 26.
“And it’s an accomplishment we really couldn’t have achieved without the dedicated team that keeps the resort running, our loyal season passholders and locals, and the guests who visit us year after year because they truly love the resort.”
Big White was also named Canada's second best ski resort in Condé Nast's 2021 Reader's Choice Awards.
