A 2.67-acre commercial property across from Vernon Golf and Country Club has sold for $4 million.

It was sold through William Wright Commercial Real Estate Services as an off-market transaction, meaning it was not listed publicly.

“The property has multiple buildings providing a steady and diverse income stream,” a news release from William Wright Commercial says. “The site is fully fenced with lots of yard space which makes for a highly desirable location for multiple tenants.

“The site also has great medium/long term redevelopment potential as the 2.67 acre site is significantly underutilized.”

It was assessed by BC Assessment, as of July 2022, at 3.15 million, with just over $2 million being for the land.
