Canadian Music Hall of Fame band Blue Rodeo is coming to Penticton this summer to celebrate 40 years playing together.
The band is making a stop at the South Okanagan Events Centre on July 5, according to a press release.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, May 9.
Blue Rodeo has been nominated for 31 JUNO Awards and won 12. The band’s biggest hit record Five Days In July sold more than 500,000 copies.
“Success seemed real when we were entertaining people in The Horseshoe. That was the top of the heap for us,” singer and guitarist Jim Cuddy said in the release. “When you look back, you realize it’s just been this beautiful dream.”
